CLOVIS immo attaches importance to the confidentiality of your information. This policy explains the processing of requests for contact, estimation, sale or property search, as well as the rights available to you.

02 — What data can be collected?
Depending on the procedure carried out, the form may collect civility, surname and first name, contact details, type of request (sale, estimate, purchase or other), municipality, postal code, nature of property, surfaces, rooms and rooms, budget or price envisaged, deadlines, specific criteria and free message.
An owner may also voluntarily contact photographs of his property. The technical information necessary for the operation and security of the site may also be processed, in particular when using tools to protect against automated shipments.
We invite you not to spontaneously transmit identity documents, sensitive data or confidential documents not necessary for your first contact.
03 — Why are these data used?
- Responding to your request and exchange about your real estate project: treatment based, depending on the context, on the pre-contractual steps you are seeking or on the legitimate interest in responding to a request.
- Preparing a possible contractual relationship (estimate, mandate, research) and follow up: pre-contractual approaches or performance of contract where it exists.
- Ensuring the operation and safety of the siteprevent abuse and retain the necessary elements for the exercise of rights: legitimate interests or legal obligations according to treatment.
The contact form alone is not used to register for a newsletter or to authorize an e-mail search independent of your request. Any separate promotional use must comply with the applicable rules and, where necessary, obtain a specific agreement.
04 — Who can access the data?
The information is intended for CLOVIS immo and for those entitled to process applications. Technical providers involved in hosting, maintenance, forms and courier services may be required to access them within the limits of their mission and under the applicable safeguards.
The information provided is not sold to advertisers. Communication to other professionals in the context of a property file, if it were to take place, presupposes an appropriate legal basis and appropriate information.

06 — Forms, attachments and security
Requests sent via the website can be stored in the form management tools and can be notified by e-mail. The photographs voluntarily attached may be processed and transmitted according to the parameters of the form.
Proportional technical and organizational measures must protect data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. However, no Internet transmission can be declared free of any risk.
Particularly confidential documents should be transmitted only through a channel specifically agreed with the Agency.
07 — Your rights and their exercise
Under the conditions laid down in the GDPR, you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, opposition to certain processing and request portability where this right is applicable. You can also withdraw consent when the treatment is based on this basis, without affecting the lawfulness of the previous treatment.
