These conditions govern the consultation and use of the CLOVIS site immo. They complement the legal notice, the privacy policy and information on honoraria.
01 — Site Editor
This site is edited by Jérôme Drouet, individual entrepreneur, operator of the independent real estate agency CLOVIS immo, established in 20 rue Quinquet, 02200 Soissons. Registration: 448 288 498 RCS Soins. Business card « Real estate and commercial transactions » : ICC 0201 2018 000 025 564.

02 — Site object and real estate information
The site presents the agency, its real estate services, its editorial information and its means of contact. Published information is provided for information purposes and may evolve.
Visiting the site or sending a form does not mean signing a warrant or committing to sell, buy or perform a service. Any contractual relations shall be governed by the documents concluded between the parties and the applicable regulations.
The photographs of properties used as illustrations do not constitute offers for sale.
03 — Access and use
The user undertakes to make lawful use of the site, not to compromise its functioning and to transmit accurate information when it contacts the agency.
Access may be temporarily affected by maintenance, technical incident or service evolution. CLOVIS immo strives to maintain relevant and accessible information without guaranteeing permanent availability.
04 — Intellectual property
The texts, graphic elements, photographs, marks, logos and other content of the website shall be protected under the conditions laid down in the applicable law, subject to the rights held by their respective authors or assignees.
A reproduction or reuse exceeding legal exceptions may require prior authorization from the right holder. Ordinary consultation, the sharing of a hypertext link and the uses permitted by law remain possible.
05 — Forms and personal data
The forms include requests for information, estimation, offer for sale or accompaniment in a real estate search. They may include information about the project and, if the visitor wishes, photographs of a property.
The purposes, storage periods, recipients and rights of persons are described in the privacy policy. The use of the form does not constitute general authorization to receive promotional campaigns.
06 — Links to other sites
Links can return to external sites. CLOVIS immo n'en does not necessarily control content, access conditions or privacy policy. It is for the visitor to examine the information of the third party site.
The creation of an ordinary link to a public page of the site is possible, provided that there is no confusion about a non-existent affiliation or partnership.
07 — Liability
CLOVIS immo strives to ensure the reliability of the information disseminated. Delayed errors, omissions or updates may nevertheless occur. For any real estate project, the decisive information must be confirmed through appropriate exchanges and documents.
These provisions do not limit the mandatory rights of consumers or the responsibilities that the law does not permit to be excluded.
08 — Applicable law, claims and mediation
These conditions are subject to French law, subject to the applicable mandatory provisions. In case of difficulty, an amicable solution can be sought by contacting the agency.
For consumer disputes falling within the scope of its competence, the consumer may make use of the mediator declared by the agency free of charge: MEDIMMOCONSO, Access to Mesmena Park – Building A – CS 25222, 44505 La Baule Cedex, www.medimmoconso.fr, after prior written complaint to the professional and within the prescribed time limits.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall be determined according to the applicable legal rules; no exclusive territorial jurisdiction is imposed here on the consumer.
09 — Changes in conditions
These conditions may be updated to reflect regulatory, technical or editorial developments. The update date is indicated at the top of the page. Any contractual commitments shall remain subject to their own provisions and applicable texts.
