A partnership operation
A successful real estate transaction
Property sold for 3,300,000 € Agency fees included.
The signature of the authentic act took place at a notary in Paris in June 2026.
Communication and marketing activities carried out by Jérôme Drouet, leader of CLOVIS immo, identified and presented the purchaser who completed the acquisition.
The transaction continued as part of a collaboration in intercabinet with a professional based on the site. The two partners accompanied exchanges between seller and buyer, negotiations, the preparation of the compromise and the follow-up of the dossier until the final signature.
This collaboration also involved exchanges with architects and other building professionals around works envisaged by the purchaser, without prejudice to their realization.
This experience illustrates the complementarity between a real estate communication strategy, the relay of a local professional and a coordinated monitoring of the various stages of a transaction.
